106例颈动脉支架成形术护理体会

Nursing experience of 106 cases of carotid artery stent angioplasty

目的:探讨颈动脉支架成形术(CAS)的护理体会。方法:回顾性分析106例CAS患者临床和护理资料。结果:手术均顺利,经积极心理护理、术前及术后护理,患者临床症状、体征均明显改善。结论:全面合理的护理干预可明显减少CAS术中及术后并发症的发生。

Objective：To investigate nursing experience of carotid artery stent angioplasty （CAS）. Methods：106 cases of patients with CAS clinical and nursing material were analyzed retrospectiveiy. Results：The operation were performed successfully, patients clinical symptoms and signs improved obviously with the positive psychology, perioperative and postoperative nursing. Conclusion：Comprehensive and reasonable nursing intervention can reduce the CAS intraoperative and postoperative complications obviously.
