Single Hole Thoracoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy Treatment of Palmar Hyperhidrosis Care

目的:探讨单孔胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症的治疗护理方法。方法:回顾性分析某医院采用单孔胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗72例手汗症患者的围手术期护理措施。结果:手术成功率100%(72/72),本组病例术后手掌多汗症状消失,掌温升高,双手转为温暖干爽状。72例患者随访率100%(72/72),随访l～30个月,平均12.8个月。结论:有效的护理是单孔胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症的疗效基础。

Objective ：To explore the method of single hole thoracoseopic thoracic sympatheetomy in the treatment of primary palmar hyperhidrosis treatment and the nursing experience.Method：72 eases with Single hole thoraeoseopic tho- racic sympathectomy treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis perioperative care were retrospectively analyzed.Result ：The suc- cessful rate of operation was 100% （72/72）, palmar hyperhidrosis symptoms disappeared in the group of patients with post- operative, palm temperature, both hands to warm and dry.In 72 patients the follow-up rate was 100% （72 / 72）, 1-30 months follow-up, an average of 12.8 months. Conclusion： Effective care is the single-hole thoracoscopie thoracic sympa-theetomy surgery efficacy basis for the treatment of primary palmar hyperhidrosis.
