Application of VSD technology in destructive injury in nursing care

目的:观察负压封闭引流在毁损伤截肢术后大面积感染创面治疗中的应用及临床疗效,总结护理经验,提高护理质量。方法:使用负压封闭引流技术(VSD)对21例毁损伤截肢术后感染创面行持续负压封闭引流治疗。结果:21例患者感染创面经使用VSD7～20d,平均10d,感染得到控制,未出现全身毒性反应,创面行细菌培养阴性。创面皮瓣100%成活率16例,98%-99%成活率5例。结论:VSD在临床上治疗毁损伤截肢术后大面积感染创面取得良好的效果。

Objective ： Observation of effect of clinical application of closed negative pressure drainage for damage after the amputation of large area treatment of wound infection, to sum up the nursing experience, and quality of nursing care.Method ：the use of closed negative pressure drainage （vacuum sealing drainage, improve the VSD） in 21 patients with destructive injury after amputation wound line continuous negative pressure closed drainage treatment. Results ：21 patients infected wound by using negative pressure closed drainage of 7-20 d,An average of 10 d, infection control, no systemic toxicity response, wound bacterial culture was done. Wound flap survival rate of 100% in 16 cases, 98%-99% survival rate of 5 cases. Conclusion：Closed negative pressure drainage in the clinical treatment of destructive injury after amputation wound infection of large area achieved good results.
