摘要
论文系统地分析了唐钢现行的管理人员绩效考核体系,指出了体系中存在的问题,希望论文的研究能对唐钢管理人员的考核具有一定的指导作用,并为其他企业管理人员的考核提供借鉴。
This article analyzes the performance appraisal system of administrative staff in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd systematically, identifies some problems in it. This study is expected to have a role in guid- ing management personnel appraisal in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd, and to provide some references for other steel companiesj management personnel appraisal.
