摘要
惩罚在德育中逻辑上的合理存在是理性的阐释,是一种理想的思维状态。然而在德育实践中,人们为解决道德上的某些困境,转向求助于惩罚的运用,但报复或报应性惩罚观的盛行以及体罚的滥用,使得德育与惩罚相互排斥,从而更加阻碍了人的道德发展。为此,在现实生活中,我们唯有始终秉着走向"他人"、熟悉"他人"、对"他人"负责的态度,才是惩罚与道德培育共融、共存的最为通达的路径。
The existence ofpunishment in moral education has a rational interpretation and serves as an ideal thinking state. However, in the practice of moral education, people turn to use punishment to solve some moral dilemmas, and the abuse of revenge or retaliation place moral education and punishment in a mutually exclusive situation, thus blocking people's moral development. Therefore, we are supposed to adhere to "others" for the harmonious coexistence of punishment and moral cultivation.
