脂餐负荷前后ET-1、IL-6变化及其与动脉硬化关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨动脉粥样硬化中脂餐负荷对血管内皮功能及炎性因子的影响。方法高脂喂养10只新西兰雄性大白兔(共12周),初始及第4周、8周、12周,给予脂餐负荷,分别于空腹、脂餐负荷后2h、4h、6h、8h采血,测定血浆内皮素1(ET-1)、内皮素6(IL-6);同时用超声观察腹主动脉动脉硬化情况;12周时处死动物,采用HE染色法观察相关动脉硬化情况。结果血浆ET-1水平:初始时,脂餐负荷后第2h、4h、6h、8h均升高(P<0.05),以餐后4h升高明显;动脉硬化进展过程中(第4周、8周、12周),脂餐负荷后第2h、4h均升高,以餐后2h升高明显。血浆IL-6水平:初始时,其水平脂餐负荷前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随动脉硬化进展(第8周、12周),脂餐负荷后其水平下降(P<0.05),餐后4h下降最明显。结论动脉硬化过程中,脂餐负荷后存在内皮功能紊乱,脂餐负荷对动脉硬化早期的炎症反应影响较大。
