实验犬放射性心脏损伤模型建立与评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的构建实验犬放射性心脏损伤(RIHD)模型及无创性评价方法。方法取成年1岁龄雄性比格犬8只,对心肌前壁给予20Gy照射(6MV-X线),照射前及照射后以相同条件行18F-FDG PET/CT心肌代谢显像,观察照射前后心肌代谢变化,计算照射区/非照射区的SUV比值;处死动物,光镜观察照射区与非照射区心肌差异。代谢显像发现与照射野一致的代谢异常及照射区与非照射区存在病理差异视为造模成功。结果与照射前相比,照射后3个月实验犬前壁照射区心肌代谢增强,代谢增加区域与照射靶区匹配良好。光镜显示照射区心肌可见退变及局灶性坏死,血管肿胀,周围可外渗透,与未照射区有明显差异。结论给予心肌前壁20Gy照射可构建稳定、可靠的局部RIHD模型,18F-FDG PET/CT可验证RIHD模型是否构建成功,可为进一步研究RIHD提供良好的研究平台。
