农村科学传播视角下的“大学生村官”制度

An Analysis of "College-graduate Village Official" Policy from the Perspective of "Rural Science Communication"

"大学生村官"政策的实施,不仅是为了解决大学生就业问题,也是为了向农村输入人才和传播科技,从而促进城乡一体化发展,为社会主义新农村建设服务。以内蒙古M旗为例,试图从科学传播的视角,研究"大学生村官"计划和农村科学传播事业的关系,讨论"大学生村官"对"农村科学传播"的意义,以唤起科学传播界对该领域的关注,使得"大学生村官"能够更好地为农村科学传播服务。

The implementation of ＂College - graduate Village Official＂ Policy is not only to solve the employment problem, but also to input talents and technology to the rural areas. It can promote the integration of urban and rural development and the Socialist New Rural Construction. In this paper, we will analyze the relationship between ＂College-graduate Village Official＂ Policy and ＂rural science communication＂ from the perspective of ＂Rural Science Communication＂, basing on a case study of a county, Inner Mongolia. Eventually, we want to arouse the attention of the field of science communication and promote the development of the ＂rural science communication＂ in the role of ＂College -graduate Village Official＂ policy.
