活体肾移植供者的心理状态及影响因素分析

肾移植是目前治疗终末期肾病的最理想方法之一,但供肾短缺制约了肾移植的发展。活体肾移植在一定程度上解决了供肾短缺的问题,极大地缩短了肾移植受者等待供肾的时间。目前,对活体肾移植的大量研究和临床指南均聚焦于肾移植受者移植肾的预后和潜在供者的筛查,近年来开始提倡对活体供者进行术后随访,但仍缺乏对活体供者的心理状态的关注,本文将就此问题做一综述。

Kidney transplantation is the most cost-effective option for the treatment of end stage renal disease, but the shortage of donors is a great drawback of this method worldwide. Living kidney transplantation is to some extent solving this problem, and greatly shortening the waiting time of recipients. So far, clinical researches and guidelines have predominantly focused on the follow-up of the recipients, yet the attention of the psychological issues of living kidney donors is still lacking.
