普通变异型免疫缺陷病相关性间质性肾炎

Interstitial nephritis in a patient with common variable immunodeficiency

青年女性患者,因肾功能不全、血红蛋白和血小板减少、脾肿大、多处淋巴结肿大及免疫球蛋白和补体减低入院,肾活检组织学为肾间质弥漫浸润细胞伴肾小管损伤,结合临床及实验室检查诊断普通变异型免疫缺陷病相关性间质性肾炎。

A 24-year-old woman presented with renal dysfunction, anaemia, thrombocytopenia, splenomegaly, lymphadenectasis, hypoimmunoglobulinemia and hypocomplementemia. Renal biopsy was performed and the histological examination showed diffuse interstitial infiltrations of inflammatory cells with tubular destruction. The final diagnosis was interstitial nephritis related with common variable immunodeficiency.
