ZJX-1型口腔常用器械光波消毒器消毒效果的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究一种新型口腔常用器械光波消毒器的消毒效果。方法用载体定量杀菌实验和理化测定等方法,对ZJX-1型口腔常用器械光波消毒器进行消毒性能的实验室观察。结果该消毒器开机运行3 min内可将大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌完全杀灭,将HBV-DNA完全破坏,消毒合格率均达100.0%;5 min内可将枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭,消毒合格率达100.0%。启动消毒器运行1~5 min紫外线强度测定结果为885μW/cm2~2 000 W/cm2,温度测定结果为137~161℃,达到消毒技术规范标准。依照规范标准判断该消毒器累计运行72 h对不锈钢基本无腐蚀,腐蚀速率为0.000 0 mm/年,对铜、碳钢为中度腐蚀,腐蚀速率分别为0.113 3、0.294 5 mm/年,对铝为轻度腐蚀,腐蚀速率为0.055 2 mm/年。结论该新型口腔常用器械光波消毒器消毒效果达到消毒标准要求,能够达到与高温、高压灭菌同样效果,而且经济、方便,是一种实用性很强的口腔科消毒器械。 Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of ZJX-1 oral lightwave sterilizer. Methods The laboratory disinfection effect of ZJX-1 oral lightwave sterilizer was observed by carrier quantitative germi- cidal experiment and physicochemieal measurement. Results Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, HBV-DNA and Candida albicans were completely killed in 3 rain with the sterilizer, and the disinfection passing rate reached 100%. Bacillus subtilis was killed in 5 rain, and the disinfection passing rate also reached 100%. The UV intensity was 885 ~W/cm2 -2 000 W/cm2 and temperature was 137 - 161 ~C in the sterilizer in I to 5 rain, consisting with the disinfection technology standards. In accordance with the normative standards, the corrosion rates (expressed in ram/year) of stainless steel, copper, carbon steel and aluminum were 0. 000 0, 0.113 3,0. 294 5 and 0. 055 2 respectively when the sterilizer run for 75 h. Conclu- sion This new ZJX-1 oral lightwave sterilizer can achieve the same disinfection effect with high temperature autoclave and high pressure steam sterilization. It is an economical, convenient and practical dentistry disinfec- tion equipment.
