目的探讨男性乳腺癌的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法回顾性分析收治的7例男性乳腺癌的临床资料。结果 7例均经病理确诊,治疗采用手术为主,辅以术后化疗、放疗及内分泌治疗。结论早期诊断和治疗是提高男性乳腺癌生存率的关键,治疗上应以手术为主的综合治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognostic factors in male breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with male breast eancer were analyzed retrospectively.Results Seven cases were diagnosed by pathology and treated with chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrine therapy based on operation.Conclusion Early diagnosis and early therapyare crucial to improve the survival rate of male breast cancer.The comprehensive treatment of male breast cancer based on operation is important.
