氨溴索雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of atomizing inhalation of ambroxol in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的 探讨氨溴索雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效.方法 我院内科2010 年7 月~2012 年7 月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病加重期患者90 例,随机分为干预组和对照组,各45 例,全部病例均给予常规治疗（抗感染、扩张支气管、平喘等）,干预组在常规治疗的基础上运用盐酸氨溴索注射液加生理盐水雾化,对照组给予等量生理盐水雾化吸入.结果 治疗结束后对比两组患者临床症状及体征缓解情况,干预组咳嗽、咳痰、哮鸣音、湿罗音等临床症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,干预组总有效率为77.8%,对照组总有效率66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 盐酸氨溴索注射液雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效确切,毒副作用小,使用简单、方便,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the effect of atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in treatmentof chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） in acute exacerbation of clinical stage. Methods 90 cases of patients were selected from internal medicine department of our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012,randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 45 cases in each group,all eases were given conventional treatment（anti i nfection,bronchiectasis,asthma,etc.）the intervention group with ambroxol hydrochloride injection plus saline spray on the basis of conventional therapy,while the control group was given normal saline inhalation. Results After treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signs were found,the intervention group cough,sputum,wheezing,wet rales and other clinical symptoms time was shorter than the control group,the intervention group total effectiveness was 77.8%,the comparison group total effectiveness was 66.7%,the difference of the two groups was significant,with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is effective,less toxic side effect,simple,easy to use and worthy of clinical promotion.
