糖尿病合并高血压病中医治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of Chinese traditional treatment for diabetes complicated with hypertension

目的对糖尿病合并高血压病患者进行分型,探讨对症中医治疗的方法及效果。方法分析本院2006年1月～2011年1月收治的88例糖尿病合并高血压病患者,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组44例,对照组患者予以二甲双胍片、施慧达口服治疗,同时辅以规律运动和健康饮食;治疗组患者在实施对照组治疗措施的同时,将患者分为肝肾阴虚型、阴阳两虚型和痰浊阻络型三种证型,分别予以对症治疗;两组患者均持续治疗2个月。结果治疗组患者总有效率为95.5%,对照组为81.8%,两组比较治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者采用中医辨证治疗,可明显提高临床效果,改善患者生存质量。

Objective To discuss the types of diabetes complicated with hypertension,and associated methods and effect of Chinese traditional treatment for different type of diabetes complicated with hypertension. Methods 88 cases with diabetes complicated with hypertension from January 2006 to January 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,every group was 44 cases.The control group patients were given diformin tablet and Levamlodipine beslate for oral use, meanwhile did reguiar exercise and had a healthy diet.The treatment-group patients were divided into 3 types by traditional Chinese medicine, namely kidney-asthenia,deficiency of both yin and yang and phlegm-turbidity accumulation,and were given traditional Chinese medicine symptomatic treatment on the basis of control group patients＇treatment.Two groups of patients were both given continuing treatment for 2 months. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group patients was 95.5%,while the total effective rate of the control group patients was 81.8%.The total effective rate of the treatment group patients was better than that of the control group patients（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese traditional treatment for diabetes complicated with hypertension can improve clinical effect and life quality of patients.
