摘要 目的评价低场强核磁共振对早期脑出血诊断的可行性及准确性。方法分别对各25例经临床证实的早期脑出血与脑梗死,进行MRI常规扫描、ADC图,观察其影像学特征。结果病灶的边缘、形状、ADC信号等有助于鉴别早期脑出血与脑梗死。结论低场强核磁共振对期脑出血诊断准确,有重要临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of low-field magnetic resonance imaging in the early diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Twenty-five patients with early cerebral hemorrhage and Twenty-five patients with cerebral infarction confirmed by clinical evidence received MRI conventional scanning and ADC picture. Their imaging features were observed. Results The edge, shape and ADC signal of the lesion were conducive to the early differentiation of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. Conclusion Low-field magnetic resonance imaging is accurate in the diagnosis of early cerebral hemorrhage, thereby of important clinical application value.
