彩色多普勒超声在乳腺疾病普查中的应用

Application of color doppler ultrasound in breast disease census

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺疾病普查中的临床价值。方法选取我院2011～2012年的100例患有乳腺疾病的患者进行彩色多普勒超声诊断,再用手术病理诊断来检测超声诊断的准确率。结果彩超诊断对乳腺肿块诊断的总符合率为96.0%。结论超声诊断具有无创、可重复性、辨认率高等优点,即使一些在临床上触不到的小肿块通过超声检查也可以早期发现,对乳腺疾病的普查具有重要的价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in breast disease census. Methods 100 patients with breast disease patients in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 used color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic and operation pathology diagnosis to detect the ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate. Results The total coincidence rate of color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast masses was 96.0%. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of non- invasive,can advantages of repeatability identify high,even if some clinical reach of small lumps by ultrasound early detection of breast disease census has important value.
