医院药房是医院重要组成部分之一,主要负责医院所需各种药品的调剂和供应,提供相关用药咨询和指导服务。在医院的医疗、科研等方面,均发挥着无可替代的重要作用。加强药房质量管理,是杜绝和减少药房差错事故发生的必要手段。目前药房管理工作中常见的差错类型有医生处方不当、剂量错误、随意给药、给药次数有误、药物剂型差错、给药时间出错、药物变质、药物服用方法差错等。这些差错给患者带来很大安全隐患。结合当前差错的主要类型及原因,本文从药品管理、制度管理、人员管理以及做好药品用药前咨询工作等方面着手,来减少和避免药房日常差错,提高患者用药安全性。

It plays an important role in no minute substitute in the hospital medical,scientific research and so on, Strengthen the quality management of pharmacy is a necessary means to prevent and reduce the occurrence of pharmacy errors. At present,the common error types of pharmacy management work include the doctor＇s prescription dosage,improper error,free delivery,administration frequency error,pharmaceutical dosage form error,administration time error,drugs,drug taking method error and so on. These errors have caused great potential safety hazard to patients. According to the main types of current errors and reasons,I will discuss something from the aspects of drug management,system management,personnel management and medication consultation before taking drugs and so on,so that we can reduce and avoid the pharmacy daily errors and improve patients＇ safety.
