摘要
冠状动脉扩张为心肌梗死少见病因,现报道1例经尸体解剖证实为冠状动脉扩张所致的心肌梗死病例,同时对其冠状动脉扩张原因和误诊原因进行探讨。
Myocardial infarction is rarely caused by dilatation of coronary artery. This paper reported 1 cases, confirmed by autopsy, of myocardial infarction induced by coronary artery dilatation. At the same time to discuss the causes of coronary artery dilation and the causes of misdiagnosis.
