摘要
目的观察不同肠内营养对高龄鼻饲患者营养状况及肝肾功能的影响。方法回顾分析2011年1月1日~2012年10月1日北京大学人民医院重症医学科收治的127例脑血管病后吞咽困难行鼻饲的患者,根据肠内营养配方分为两组:肠内营养制剂组81例,给予肠内营养乳剂,对照组46例,给予匀浆膳。比较两组鼻饲前及1个月后营养状况及肝肾功能等指标。结果鼻饲前两组患者营养状况及肝肾功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1个月后肠内营养制剂组白蛋白、前白蛋白明显高于匀浆膳组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组血尿素氮水平明显高于肠内营养制剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用肠内营养制剂可以改善高龄长期鼻饲患者营养状况,预防低蛋白血症,有利于维持肝肾功能稳定。
Objective To observe the influence of different enteral nutrition on nutritional status in the elderly patients depending on nasal feeding. Methods One hundred and twenty seven patients who depend on nasal feeding because of dysphasia after cerebrovascular disease from 1st January 2011 to 1st October 2012 were retrospective analyzed and divided into nutritional preparation group (81) and control group(46). Level of nutritional status and hepat-renal function at baseline and two month later of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between two groups(P 〉 0.05).The level of prealbumin and albumin of nutritional preparation group was significantly higher than control group(P 〈 0.05).The level of serum urea nitrogen of control group was significantly higher than nutritional preparation group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Enteral nutritional preparation can improve the nutrition status and decrease the occurrence of hypoproteinemia.
