摘要
目的通过共研磨技术改善穿心莲内酯体外溶出度水平。方法运用高效液相色谱法作为检测方法,制备不同比例和辅料的穿心莲内酯共研磨物,并考察其体外溶出度。结果 F68,PEG6000和PVP所制备的共研磨物均能有效提高穿心莲内酯的溶出度,其中F68促进穿心莲内酯的溶出最为明显,且随着载体比例的增加而提高,120min内累计百分溶出率能达到95%。结论穿心莲内酯F68共研磨物能明显提高穿心莲内酯的体外溶出度。
Objective To improve andrographolide in-vitro dissolution level by cogriding technology.Methods HPLC method was used as analysis technique. A series of andrographolide cogriding mixture using different materials at various ratios were prepared, and their in-vitro dissolution rates were investigated. Results All carrier materials (F68, PEG6000 and PVP) could efficiently upgrade the in-vitro dissolution rate of andrographolide, and F68 was the better material compared with PEG6000 and PVP for improving dissolution rate. The dissolution rate was increased with increasing carrier mass ratio and within 120min, the accumulated dissolution amount could reach to 95%. Conclusion Andrographolide-F68 cogriding mixture could significantly improve drug in-vitro dissolution.
