中药熏蒸牵引推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

Clinical observation of the therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, traction and manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的评价中药熏蒸牵引推拿综合疗法在治疗神经根型颈椎病中的疗效。方法将114例神经根型颈椎病患者随机均分为综合组及对照组。综合组采用中药熏蒸牵引推拿疗法,对照组采用单一推拿疗法。结果治疗后在感觉项、情绪项、疼痛总分、VAS及PPI分值减少幅度上,综合组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);综合组在颈臂疼痛、压痛及活动度改善上明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。综合组总有效率为92.98%,对照组总有效率为73.68%,综合组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药熏蒸牵引推拿综合疗法克服单一方法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效上的局限,可更有效恢复颈椎正常生理曲度,减轻疼痛。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, traction and manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Randomly divided 117 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy into the comprehensive group and the control group on the average. The comprehensive group was taken the combining therapy which included the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, traction and manipulation when the control group only used the traction. Results After the treatment, the comprehensive group was obiviously higher than the control group in the reduction of the feeling item,emotion item, PRI-T,VAS and PPI（P 〈 0.01）;And the comprehensive group was better than the control group in the improvement of the neck-arm pain,pressing pain,mobility（P 〈 0.01）. The total effective rate in the comprehensive group Was 92.98% when it was 73.68% in the control group,and the comprehensive was higher than the control group in the total effective rate（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The therapy combining with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, traction and manipulation overcome the disadvantage of single treatment in treating of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It hasa better effect of restoring normal physiological curvature of cervical spine and reduce the pain of the patients.
