中药含漱液治疗复发性口疮的护理观察

Observation and nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine gargle in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer

目的探讨滋阴降火的中药含漱液治疗由于阴虚火旺而导致的复发性口疮患者的护理效果。方法选择60例由于阴虚火旺出现复发性口疮的患者,分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。两组患者使用相同内服药物的前提下,试验组给予中药含漱以及正确的口腔护理,对照组实施0.05%的呋喃西林溶液含漱以及正确的口腔护理。结果 60例患者经过3个疗程的治疗后,试验组治疗有效率为90.3%,对照组总体治疗有效率为59.6%。将两组的疗效进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自拟的中药含漱液能够有效的滋阴降火的功效,并且对阴虚火旺导致的复发性口疮有理想的疗效,能够对牙龈红肿、溃疡等症状有良好的消除作用,对阴虚火旺导致的复发性口疮具有清热解毒、消炎下火的疗效,对深入研究治疗复发性口疮有十分深远的意义。

Objective To explore nursing effect of the Chinese medicine gargle in treatment of patients with recurrent oral ulcer caused by fire excess from yin deficiency. Methods 60 patients with recurrent oral ulcer caused by fire excess from yin deficiency were divided into the experiment group and the control group,each group of 30 cases,the experiment group patients treated by Chinese medicine gargle and correct oral care and the control group patients treated by Furacilin Solution 0.05% and oral care right based on the two groups used the same oral medication for patients. Results 60 cases treated after 3 courses, the effective rate of the experiment group was 90.3%,the effective rate of the control group was 59.6%,compared with the effective rate of two groups,there had a statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Chinese medicine gargle by self-regulating can nourishing yin to lessen fire effectively,and has an good effective for patients with recurrent oral ulcer caused by fire excess from yin deficiency,to eliminate the effect on gingival swelling,ulcers and other symptoms,has the heat-clearing and detoxifying and diminish inflammation under fire for patients with recurrent oral ulcer caused by fire excess from yin deficiency,has a very far- reaching significance for the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer research.
