计划生育服务中农村妇科病预防及合理用药

The rural gynecological disease prevention and rational drug use of Family planning service

目的探究分析在计划生育服务中对农村妇科病预防和合理用药的临床价值,为提高农村妇女身体健康质量提供有效依据。方法选取200名农村妇女作为本次探究对象,采取自制问卷对其进行健康调查,对其进行妇科病预防与合理用药指导,间隔6个月后,再次对探究对象进行健康调查,比较前后两次健康调查的结果。结果采取有效的预防和合理用药指导前,妇科病的知晓率为60%,其中有51%的妇女具有不同程度的妇科病,而且仅有20%的妇女具有相对健康的生活习惯;采取疾病预防与合理用药指导后,相关健康知识的知晓率达到90%,妇科病发病率为25%,60%的妇女已经养成相对健康的生活习惯,前后两次调查结果比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贯彻计划生育服务理念,加强对农村妇女的健康教育与疾病预防,通过指导其合理用药,并帮助其建立健康的生活习惯,可以降低妇科病发病率,改善农村妇女生活质量,具有显著的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of rural gynecological disease prevention and iational drug use of Family planning service, to provide an effective basis for improving the body health quality of rural women Methods Selected 200 rural women as the object of study,took the health survey on the patients with the selfmade questionnaire,gynecological disease prevention and guide the rational drug use for patients,after 6 months,took the health survey for patients again,compared the health survey results before and after health survey. Results The awareness rate of gynaecology disease was 60% before prevention and rational drug use, the rate of different degrees of gynaecology disease was 51% ,but only about 20% of women had relatively healthy habits; The awareness rate of gynaecology disease after prevention and rational drug use was 90%, the rate of gynecological disease incidence was 25%, 60% of women had relatively healthy habits,compared the two survey results,there was a statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The family planning service concept, strengthening health education and disease prevention for rural women, through the guidance of rational use of drugs, and help them establish healthy habits, can reduce the incidence rate of the women disease, improve the quality of life of rural women, have remarkable clinical value.
