囊性室管膜下瘤一例报告并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 室管膜下瘤是中枢神经系统罕见肿瘤，发病率低，生长缓慢，是一种无侵袭性的良性肿瘤，多为脑室内膨胀性生长，以实性或囊实性多见，全囊性室管膜下瘤更为罕见。我科于2011年8月收治1例左侧脑室后角巨大囊性占位性病变的患者，术前诊断为左侧脑室神经上皮囊肿，术后病理证实为室管膜下瘤（WHO I级）。本文对其临床影像、手术学及病理特征进行分析，并进行相关文献复习。
