椎管内脂肪母细胞瘤一例报告并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 脂肪母细胞瘤是一种非常少见的良性脂肪肿瘤，好发于3岁之内的儿童。该肿瘤通常好发于四肢，也有发生于其他部位的如头颈、纵隔、肠系膜、腮腺等，但发生于脊柱椎管内的极其少见。本文报道1例发生于椎管内的脂肪母细胞瘤，并结合文献对其临床、影像及治疗等方面进行分析讨论。
