皮层和皮层下电刺激在脑功能区手术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 颅内肿瘤手术的目标是最大程度地切除肿瘤组织而使患者神经功能损伤降到最小。为达到上述目标,常常需要在术中获取术野重要神经功能区域的分布信息。通过皮层或皮层下电刺激来诱导神经功能改变从而定位到相应的功能区是临床上应用最为广泛的一种脑功能区定位方法,并已成为预测术后神经功能损害的金标准。
