摘要
采用水热法合成了BaZr1-xALO3(x=0-0.08)中空微球,通过XRD,SEM,TEM,PL,FTIR等测试手段对样品进行了表征。XRD结果表明,铝成功地掺杂进入了BaZrO3晶格中,占据了B位ZrO。八面体中Zr4+的位置,铝的掺入导致晶胞参数的减小。TEM结果证实了微球的空心结构,产物的平均粒径为150nm。中空微球在355nm激光的激发下,均发出波长为423nm的紫光。与未掺杂的BaZrO3相比,铝掺杂引起的晶格收缩使发光强度呈整体下降趋势,而不等价掺杂引起的氧空位变化导致发光强度随着铝掺杂量的增加出现先增强后减弱的现象。
BaZr1-xAlxO3 (x=0-0.08) hollow microspheres with different A1 contents were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEN, PL, FTIR. XRD data indicated that AP~ was successfully introduced into the lattice and replaced the Zr4+ cation at B position. Replacing Zr4+ by A13+ aroused the decrease of cell parameters. TEM observations confirmed the hollow feature and gave a mean particle size of 150 nm. When excited by 355 nm laser, all of the hollow mierospheres emitted 423 nm violet light at room temperature. Compared with that of pure BaZrO3, the cell shrinkage that stemmed from AP~ doping directed to weakened photolumineseence. The non-equivalent doping also led to the variation of oxygen vacancies, which directed to a slightly enhanced photolumineseenee with AP~ doping contents in the range of 1% to 2%.
