微流控芯片尿检技术应用进展及其航天医学应用前景

摘要 尿液检验是临床诊断中常用的检验项目,尿液理化性质的改变是许多疾病出现的体征之一。微流控芯片自问世以来,已经在生命科学的众多领域获得了广泛应用和长足发展。本文着重介绍了近期微流控芯片在尿液检验中的应用进展,并特别阐述了这项技术在未来航天医学中的应用前景。 Urine test is usual routine test item in clinical diagnosis, and the change of the physical and chemi- cal properties of urine is often one of the symptoms of many diseases. Since the advent of microfluidic chip, it has been widely applied in many fields of life science, and made a considerable progress. This paper mainly focused on the application of microfluidic chip in clinical urine test, and especially elaborated the application prospect of urine test based on microfluidic chip in aerospace medicine in future.
