摘要
目的探讨上颌窦置管引流治疗幼儿鼻及鼻窦炎(rhinosinusitis,RS)合并眶蜂窝织炎的方法和疗效。方法 21例幼儿RS合并眶蜂窝织炎的患儿应用上颌窦置管引流,合并全身抗生素应用和支持疗法。结果患儿局部和全身症状在置管后迅速改善,平均术后于6～9d康复出院,无并发症及后遗症。结论上颌窦置管引流和冲洗、联合抗生素应用,治疗幼儿RS合并眶蜂窝织炎,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE To discuss a new treatment method and investigate it＇s effect on children with rhinosinusitis concurrent with orbital cellulitis. METHODS 21 cases of rhinosinusitis with orbital cellulitis were treated by maxillary sinus drainage. RESULTS All cases were cured without obvious sequelae in 6-9 days after the operation. CONCLUSION Maxillary sinus drainage combined with antibiotics is a safe and effective treatment for sinusitis with cellulitis in children.
