摘要
目的检测斑秃患者血浆神经肽Y(NPY)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平,探讨在斑秃发病中的作用。方法用放射免疫分析法测定34例斑秃患者与29例正常人血浆三种神经肽水平。结果重度斑秃患者神经肽Y高于正常对照组(P<0.05),局限性斑秃患者与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重度斑秃患者和局限性斑秃患者β-内啡肽均高于正常组(P<0.05);重度斑秃患者和局限性斑秃患者降钙素基因相关肽水平均低于正常组(P<0.05),重度斑秃患者还低于局限性斑秃患者(P<0.05)。结论结果表明上述三种神经肽与斑秃的发病可能存在一定关系。
Objective To detect the levels of Neuropeptide Y( NPY), Enforphin β(β-EP) and Calcitonin-gene-related Peptide (CGRP) in blood plasma of alopecia areata patients, and inquir into the role of them in the patho-genesis of alopecia areata. Methods The radio immunoassay (RIA) was performed to determine the levels of the three neuropeptides from 34 alopecia areata patients and 29 normal persons. Results The levels of neuropeptide Y in blood plasma from severe alopecia areata patients were higher than those of the normal per-sons ( the control group) (P 〈 0.05 ), and the difference between the Neuropeptide Y levels of the restrictive patients and the normal persons was not obvious (P 〉 0.05). The Enforphin β levels of both severe alopecia areata patients and restrictive alopecia areata patients were higher than those of normal persons(P 〈 0.05). The CGRP levels of both severe alopecia areata patients and restrictive alopecia areata patients were lower than those of the normal persons (P 〈 0.05 ), and the CGRP levels of the severe alopecia areata patients were lower than those of the restrictive alopecia areata patients (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The results showed that there might be a certain relation between three neuropeptides described above and alopecia areata invasion.
