艾滋病伴亚利桑那沙门氏菌败血症1例

A Case of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome Complicating Salmonella Arizona Sepsis

患者男,31岁。咳嗽、咳痰、纳差、乏力2个月,加重伴胸痛半个月。体检:T38.8℃,慢性病容,消瘦,双下肺闻及湿啰音。腹部B超示慢性萎缩性胆囊炎;胸片示双肺多发性病变,右肺下叶空洞合并感染;胸部CT示右肺肺结核、空洞,左肺下叶肺脓肿及肺门淋巴结肿大。血培养鉴定结果:亚利桑那沙门氏菌。HIV确诊试验阳性。

A 31-year-old male patient have appeared with cough, expectoration, poor appetite ,weakness 2 months, aggrava-ted with chest pain half month. Physical examination indicated that measuring temperature was 38.8, chronic disease face and emaciation were found, moist rales were heard under the double lung. Abdominal B type ultra-sonography showed chronic atrophic cholecystitis; Chest radiography showed double lung multiple lesions, fight lower lobe cavitation merge infection; Chest CT showed tuberculosis cavity of the right lung, pulmonary ab-scess of left lung lower lobe and hilar lymph node enlargement. Blood cuhure was positive and the identification of bacteria was Salmonella Arizonae. the patient was HIV positive antibody by diagnosis experiment.
