摘要
浆细胞样树突细胞(pDC)是I型干扰素(IFN-α/β)的主要来源,pDC通过分泌IFN-α连接先天免疫和适应性免疫参与银屑病的早期发病。本文主要通过回顾pDC与IFN-α、抗菌肽LL37、趋化素、组胺受体及T细胞、单核细胞来源的树突细胞等在银屑病中的研究,对pDC在银屑病免疫发病中的作用做一文献综述,并介绍一个小鼠银屑病样皮炎模型。
Plasmacytoid dendritic cell (pDC) is the main source of type I interferon (IFN-α/β), pDC bridges the in-nate immune and adaptive immune by secretion of IFN-α in the early development of psoriasis. The roles of pDC in the immunopathogenesis of psoriasis were reviewed via studies focusing on IFN-α, antimicrobial pep-tide LI37, chemerin, histamine receptors, T lymphocytes and monocyte-derived dendritic ceils. Meanwhile, an imiquimod-induced psoriasiform inflammation model was introduced.
