1%吡美莫司乳膏治疗疥疮结节的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 1% Pimecrolimus Cream in the Treament of Scabies Nodule

目的观察1%吡美莫司乳膏治疗疥疮结节的临床疗效及安全性。方法 82例确诊的具有典型疥疮结节的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各41例,先予10%克罗米通乳膏正规治疗疥疮,并分别较早地使用1%吡美莫司乳膏和0.05%卤米松乳膏,外涂外阴部疥疮结节,均2次/d4周后观察疗效。结果治疗4周后,治疗组有效率为68.3%,对照组为75.6%,两组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组不良反应较少。结论 1%吡美莫司乳膏治疗疥疮结节安全、有效,在知情同意下可临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 1% pimecrolimus cream for the treatment of sca-bies nodule. Methods Eighty-two patients with scabies nodules were randomly divided into test group（41 cases） and control group（41 cases） and regularly treated with 10% crotamiton first. The test group were treated with 1% pimecrolimus cream for 4 weeks in the early time, while the control group were treated with 0.05% halometasone cream. Results Four weeks after the treatment, the effective rate in the test group was 68.3%, and 75.6% respectively in the control group. There was no significant difference（P 〉0.05） between the test and control groups. Almost no adverse effects were occurred in the test group during the pe-riods of treatment. Conclusion 1% pimecrolimus cream may be a safe and effective treatment for the pa-tients with scabies nodule, but to informed consent.
