摘要
采用焊接冷裂纹试验方法、通过扩散氢含量测定、微观组织分析、有限元应力分析计算对比研究了不同强度匹配条件下HQ785T1焊接接头裂纹敏感性。结果证实,采用低强焊丝打底、等强焊丝填充的不同强度匹配工艺方法,可以实现低合金高强钢的不预热焊接,焊接接头各项力学性能达到母材技术标准;为避免扩散氢对抗裂性的不利影响,低强打底焊丝扩散氢含量建议不大于3 mL/100 g。
The cold cracking sensitivity of welded joint for HQ785T1 low alloy high strength steel was tested according to the welding cold cracking test methods.Based on the tested diffusible hydrogen content,microstructure analysis and finite element analysis,the cold cracking susceptibility of low alloy high strength steel welded joint was studied and compared under the conditions of different strength matching.The experimental results indicate that the low alloy high strength can be welded well without preheating by using low strength wire in backing weld and equal strength wire in cosmetic weld.At the same time,the mechanical properties of welded joint meet the technical standards of the base metal.In order to avoid the adverse impact of the diffusible hydrogen on crack resistance,the diffusible hydrogen content of the wires used in backing weld should be less than 3 mL/100 g.
