摘要
为了获得更好的连接效果,采用先进的搅拌摩擦焊方法,对10 mm厚的聚丙烯板材工艺焊接性进行了试验。采用头部直径D_1=10 mm和轴肩直径D_2=30 mm的搅拌头,在旋转速度n=3 000 r/min,焊接进给速度v=25 mm/min时,焊缝成形效果最好。结果表明,对于一定厚度的聚丙烯板材,只要焊接参数选用恰当,采用搅拌摩擦焊就能形成良好的焊缝。
To get a better joining results,the weldability of polypropylene plate of 10 mm in thickness was tested by friction stir welding process.The stir tool has the pin of 10 mm in diameter and the shoulder of 30 mm in diameter.At the rotation speed of 3 000 r/min and feed rate of 25 mm/min,the weld with the best shape was obtained.The results show that for the given thickness,the polypropylene plate can be welded by friction stir welding with the proper welding parameters.
