摘要 目的探讨准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)治疗薄角膜近视的有效性和安全性。方法收集2008年2月至2010年11月于我院行LASEK的薄角膜近视患者43例(86眼),术前角膜厚度463~508(496.45±13.72)μm。术后随访12~22个月,分别于2周、1个月、2个月、6个月复查眼部症状、视力、眼压、角膜haze及角膜上皮情况。结果术后角膜上皮愈合时间为(5.74±1.64)d。术前眼压为(14.64±3.15)mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg),术后6个月为(14.52±2.84)mmHg,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后2周、1个月、2个月与术后6个月间不同程度haze发生率差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),术后2周、1个月、2个月间不同程度haze发生率差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。术后不同时间点不同角膜厚度、屈光度组裸眼视力比较差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论 LASEK治疗薄角膜近视安全有效,可作为首选术式。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of thin corneal myopia treated by laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis (LASEK). Methods A total of 43 cases( 85 eyes) with preoperative corneal thickness of 453 μm to 508 μm(495.45 ± 13.72) ptm,who had been treated by LASEK in our hospital from February 2008 to November 2010, were collected. The follow-up time was from 12 months to 22 months, and eye symptoms, visual acuity, intraocular pressure, corneal haze and corneal epithelium at postoperative 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months,5 months were rechecked. Results The postoperative epithelial healing time was (5.74 ± 1.54 ) days. There was no statistical difference between the preoperative intraocular pressure ( 14.54 ± 3. 15 ) mmHg ( 1 kPa = 7.5 mmHg) and the postoperative 5 months ( 14.52 ± 2.84 ) mmHg (P 〉 0.05 ). Incidence rates of haze at postoperative 2 weeks, 1 month,2 months and 5 months were statistical different( all P 〈 0.05 ), and incidence rates of haze at postoperative 2 weeks, 1 month and 2 months were not statistical different( all P〉0.05 ). There was no statistical difference between the different corneal thicknesses and the naked vision in diopter group at different time point ( all P 〉 O. 05). Conclusion LASEK for thin cornea myopia is safe and effective, and can be used as the preferred surgery.
