逍遥散加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Chronic Hepatitis B Treated with Modified Xiaoyao Powder

目的:逍遥散加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:对照组56例服五酯胶囊及水飞蓟宾胶囊,治疗组54例服逍遥散加减,治疗12周后评价疗效。结果:治疗组中医症状积分改善、肝功能ALT、AST值及肝纤维化指标均优于对照组,且有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:逍遥散加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎可改善临床症状和促进肝功能恢复,降低肝纤维化指标。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on chronic hepatitis B treated with modified Xiaoyao Powder.Method： 56 eases were treated with Wuzhi Capsules and Silibinin Capsules as the control group while 54 cases were treated with modified Xiaoyao Powder as the study group.The therapeutic effect was evaluated at the time point of the 12th week of post-treatment.Result： The improvement of TCM symptom score, liver function （ ALT and AST ） and liver fibrosis indexes of the study group were all superior to that of the control group and there was very significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ） .Conclusion ： Modified Xiaoyao Decoction could improve the clinical symptoms, promote the liver function recovery and reduce the fibrosis index in treating chronic hepatitis B.
