加味冰芒膏的制备及质量标准研究

目的:制备加味冰芒膏,并建立加味冰芒膏的质量控制标准。方法:以凡士林为软膏基质制备加味冰芒膏,采用薄层色谱对大黄、冰片加以鉴别。结果:加味冰芒膏制备工艺方法简便,制剂质量鉴别方法稳定。结论:制剂符合软膏剂的制备要求。

Objective ： Prepared the Modified Borneol Glauber＇s salt Ointment.Methods ： Use the Vaseline as the base to prepare the Modified Borneol Glauber＇s salt Ointment.Adopt TLC to distinguish rhubarb and borneol.Results： The prepared technique of Modified Borneol Glauber＇s salt Ointment is simple and feasible.The qualality is stable.Conclusions ： The preparation is inaecordwith the request of Ointment preparation.
