摘要
通过自制得到的三聚氰胺醇树脂(MMH)和三聚氰胺糖树脂(MG),与市场上常用的填充材料FD和D-57对革进行对比填充试验,获得了一些有意义的结果。填充加脂后革都有一定程度的增厚,其中革增厚率较大的是FD和MMH填充革,分别增加了16.4%和16.1%。填充革的抗张强度都比较强,其中MMH填充革的横向抗张强度最强,达到了14.9MPa。填充革的柔软性都比较好,其中柔软性最好的是D-57填充革,达到了0.93mm,柔软性最差的FD填充革也达到了0.85mm。由扫描电镜(SEM)结果得知,MMH和D-5的渗透能力比FD和MG的渗透能力要强。革中游离甲醛含量最低的是MG填充革,仅为8.40mg/kg,含量最高的是MMH填充革,高达146.95mg/kg。
The contrast filling experiment of leather with self - made melamine - methylol - Hydramine resin { MMH ) and melamineglucose resin { MG) compared with the market commonly used filling material FD and D -57 was carried out, and some interesting results were obtained. Leather were filled with MMH, MG, FD and D - 57 all have a certain degree of thickened, the significant increase in the thickness are MMH and FD,an increase of 16.4% and 16.1%, respectively. After fill - fatliquoring tensile strength of all leather samples are stronger, the strongest one is 14.9MPa, which is the transverse tensile strength of leather filled with MMH. The softness of leather fill - fatliquoring relatively well, the best of softness is 0.93ram, for the leather filled with D-57, the worst of softness is FD filled leather; which is only 0.85mm. We could learen that thepenetration ability of MMH and D - 5 is stronger than FD and the MG by the results of scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ). The lowest free formaldehyde content is 8.40mg/kg, which is for the leather filled with MG. Meanwhile, the highest one is for leather filled with MMH, which is up to 146.95mg/kg.
