摘要
在硬段含量和其它结构参数相同的基础上,选用相对分子质量相同的聚醚和聚酯二元醇(聚丙二元醇PPG2000、聚四氢呋喃PTMG2000、聚己内酯PCL2000、聚碳酸酯PCDL2000)作为软段,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,合成出4种不同的聚氨酯乳液,研究了不同软段对乳液的外观、粒径、树脂膜的力学性能和玻璃化转变温度的影响。将该系列树脂用于合成革的后整理,研究了不同软段对聚氨酯合成革涂层离板性、耐切割性、保型定型性和曲挠性的影响。结果表明:以结晶型聚醚(PTMG)和聚酯(PCL和PCDL)为软段的水性聚氨酯涂饰剂,具有离板性好、耐切割、保型定型性和曲挠性较优良的应用特点,能取代溶剂型PU用于合成革的后整理。
A series waterborne polyurethane were synthesized from four kinds with commonly used polyester or polyether (PPG2000, PTMG2000, PCL2000,PCDL2000 )as the soft segment based on the same hard segment content and other structure pa- rameters. Viscosity and the average size of emulsoin particle were measured respectively. The influence of different soft segments on appearance, particle size, glass transition temperature and mechanical properties of films made frbm these polyurethanes were investigated. Then, these waterborne polyurethanes were applied on post - finishing of synthetic leather base. At a certain temper- ature and embossing pressure, the plate - releasing ability, the cut - resistance and pattern - fixed ability together with the low - temperature -flexibility of coatings were studied. The results show that waterborne polyurethane prepared from crystallization type polyether( PTMG) or polyester( PCL and PCDL) as the soft segment has good comprehensive application effect, and is suitable for the synthetic leather finishing.
