鳃虱科(甲壳动物亚门,等足目)属间系统发育关系支序分析 被引量:1

CLADISTIC ANALYSIS OF THE PHYLOGENETIC RELATIONSHIPS AMONG GENERA OF FAMILY BOPYRIDAE (CRUSTACEA,ISOPODA) BASED ON MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERS

摘要 选择鳃虱科Bopyridae的47个形态学性状,利用PAUP软件,以支序分析方法对中国海域鳃虱科24属进行属间系统发育关系研究。支序分析结果较好地反映了鳃虱科内姐妹群的关系。根据分析结果,假鳃虱亚科中的巨鳃虱属Gigantione是鳃虱科中较早分出的一支,而背腹虱亚科中的仿腹虱属Parathelges和腹虱属Athelges则为较晚分化出来的;褐虾鳃虱亚科的褐虾鳃虱属Argeia盖腹虾鳃虱属Stegoalpheon和真虾鳃虱亚科的深海鳃虱属Bathygyge聚为一支,成为一对姐妹群;蟹鳃虱亚科的单系性得到分析结果的支持,假鳃虱亚科的单系性则不被支持。 The phylogenetic relationships among 24 genera of the family Bopyridae were studied based on 47 morphological characters of the samples collected from Chinese seas, using clasictic analysis by PAUP program. The results imply that among the 24 genera, the genus Gigantione of Psedioninae derived earlier than other genera, and Athelges and Parathelges of subfamily Athelginae derived later than other genera. Bathygyge of Bopyrinae and Argeia and Stegoalpheon of the Argeiinae were clusterd together as one clade which was the sister group of the Bopyridae; the monophyly of subfamily Ioninae is better than others, the monophyly of Psedioninae needs further study.
