高温光纤布拉格光栅“T”型应变片技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 设计了一种适于300℃高温环境下应变检测的光纤布拉格光栅应变片,该光纤光栅应变片采用"T"型结构,适用于二维表面高温应变检测。光栅应变片选用三只聚酰亚胺涂覆层光纤布拉格光栅和高温恒弹合金基底,经高温粘接工艺进行封装。对制取的高温光纤布拉格光栅进行了8 h高温煺火性能测试,证实了其高温环境下工作的适用性。采用等强度悬臂梁方法,对封装的高温光纤光栅应变片进行了高温性能和应变性能测试,得到了光纤光栅"T"型应变片对温度和应变的灵敏度,验证了高温光纤光栅应变片的工作性能。 A novel high-temperature strain gauge was presented based on FBG(Fiber Bragg Grating)which could be used in 300 ℃ environment. This high-temperature strain gauge takes the form of "T" structure suitable for measurement of two-dimensional high-temperature strains. The high-temperature strain gauge is fabricated by sticking three Polyimide fiber FBG on elastic high-temperature alloy basis. Polyimide fiber FBG was prepared and tested in high temperature chamber for eight hours to verify its high-temperature characters. Equi-intensity cantilever was adopted to test the high-temperature FBG strain gauge and testing results verified that the "T" type FBG strain gauge was suitable in high-temperature strain measurement with reliable performance of strain sensing in high temperature environment.
