摘要
为消除振动噪声对谷物流量传感器的影响,设计了双平行梁结构的冲量式流量传感器并搭建了相应的流量传感器试验台,通过实时测量试验台的粮箱质量为流量传感器标定提供实际流量数据。分别提取了参考平行梁和测量平行梁输出信号中的谷物冲击谐波信号,然后以处理后的参考平行梁信号来自适应对消测量平行梁信号中的机身振动噪声。试验结果表明,在试验台处于最大振动条件下,流量传感器最大相对误差小于1.9%,显示了振动噪声消除方法的有效性。
An impact-based grain flow sensor was made using dual parallel beam load cells to eliminate the influence of vibration noise, and an experimental platform was constructed for this flow sensor. The actual grain flow rate could be obtained for calibration by measuring the weight of grain tank in real time. Then, both the output of the reference parallel beam and the measuring parallel beam were processed with harmonic extraction. Next, the vibration noise in the output of the measuring parallel beam was eliminated by the adaptive interference cancellation using the output of reference parallel beam. The experimental results showed the relative error was less than 1.9% for the maximum vibration degree of the experimental platform, and the effectiveness of the vibration noise cancellation method was verified.
