摘要
为了减少基于分块离散余弦变换DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform)的压缩处理时产生的块效应失真,通过从DCT分量计算块边界的梯度值来评估各个DCT分量对块效应的影响,再结合HVS特性对图像进行频域滤波,可以有效地去除块效应。该方法性能有效且优异,同时避免了多数频域滤波方法产生的严重模糊失真。
In order to reduce blocking artifacts caused by the compression based on Block-based Discrete Cosine Transform(BDCT),DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform)coefficients are estimated by calculating the gradient of images and changed by frequency domain filtering based on HVS(Human Visual Sensitivity).Blocking artifacts are reduced efficiently by this method and blurring artifacts caused by many other frequency domain filtering methods are avoided.
