摘要 设计了一款12 W的LED筒灯。驱动电源部分采用MT7930控制芯片,芯片内部集成了多种保护电路,驱动电路结构简单,功率因数校正效果理想,采用电磁干扰抑制技术可以满足电磁兼容要求。分析说明了驱动电源基本电路中一些关键部分的功能。最后对LED散热原理及采用的外壳散热方案进行了说明。整灯测试结果表明设计的LED筒灯在效率、功率因数、总谐波畸变、电磁兼容性及散热方面效果良好。 A 12 W LED Downlight has been designed. Drive power part adopts MT7930 controller chip, internal integration of various protection circuits was integrated on the chip, the drive circuit structure is simple, power factor correction effects sound ideal and using electromagnetic interference suppression technology can satisfy electromagnetic compatibility requirements. Some key parts of the drive power basic function circuits are demonstrated. Finally, the LED cooling principle and the shell Cooling scheme are explained. The whole lamp test results show that the design of LED downlight in efficiency and power factor,total harmonic distortion, electromagnetic compatibility and cooling aspects effect are all good.
