摘要
LAVTM4B基因是新近发现的癌症相关基因，具有癌基因的特性。其mRNA和编码的LAPTM4B-35蛋自在许多肿瘤中显著上：调，并与肿瘤细胞的分化、增殖、侵袭、多药耐药等密切相关。近年来研究较多的是LAPTM4B基因多态性与肿瘤患者预后的关系。现就其结构、生物学功能、基因多态性与肿瘤的易感性以及对肿瘤患者预后影响等方面作一综述。
LAPTM4B gene is a newly discovered cancer - related gene, which has the characteristics of the oncogene. Its mRNA and encoded LFFM4B -35 protein were significantly upregulated in many tumors. LAFFM4B gene is closely related to tumor cell differentiatinn, proliferation, invasion and multidrug resistance. In recent years ,the research focused on its relationship with the prognosis of cancer patients and genetic polymor- phisms and cancer susceptibility. Now, we are going to carry, on the preliminaD＂ discussion with respect to its structure,biological function,genetic polymorphism and tumor susceptibility, prognosis and other aspects.
