摘要 通过对7055工业型材淬火时效后组织和性能的试验分析,确定了以472℃淬火,121℃/5h+160℃/6.5h双级时效强化固溶处理的最佳热处理制度。 In recent years, with the wide application of ultra high strength aluminum alloys in aerospace industry, 7055 alloy has been popular subjects for many enterprises due to its high strength and stiffness, good resistance to stress corrosion and good anti-fatigue ability. The microstrueture and properties of quenched 7055 industrial profiles made from our company were tested and analyzed, therefore, the optimum heat treatment system of quenching at 472℃and double stage ageing strengthening solid solution treatment at 121 ℃/Sh+160℃/6.5h was determined.
