摘要
采用扁铸锭,经热轧、冷轧生产重型汽车用5083铝板材,对材料组织和性能等试验指标分析,确定合适的退火制度,生产出满足客户力学性能和深冲性能的5083-H32铝合金板材。
5083 aluminum alloy plate for heavy truck was produced by heat rolling and cold roiling, by using of the flat ingots. The reasonable annealing process was determined, and produced 5083-H32 aluminum alloy plate can meet the requirements for mechanical properties and deep drawability.
