水下不分散混凝土抗冻融性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 水下不分散混凝土已被广泛应用于实际工程中。目前大多数的研究侧重于对其施工性能的改善,而有关其力学及耐久性能研究则鲜见报道。依据优选原材料及外加剂匹配试验,设计9种配合比,在配合比满足强度考核要求前提下,进一步开展不同介质水中水下不分散混凝土冻融试验,分析不同配比条件下,混凝土质量损失率、相对动弹性模量随冻融循环次数的变化规律。研究表明,采用的配合比不仅满足水下不分散混凝土的力学性能要求,还具有良好的抗冻融性能。相关结论可为水下不分散混凝土在水位变动区及有抗冻要求环境中的抗冻融破坏技术措施提供有效参考。 Nondispersible underwater concrete has been widely used in practical engineering. Currently, most of the studies have focused on its construction performance, but the mechanics and durability are rarely reported. Based on the preferred raw materials and additives match test, 9 kinds of concrete mix proportion is designed, under the precondition of strength requirements, freezethaw cycle tests of nondispersible underwater concrete within different corrosive media are carried out respectively, and the variations of the concrete mass rate, relative dynamic elastic modulus variation with the freezethaw cy cles were studied. The results show that the concrete mix proportions designed in this paper not only meet mechanical perfor mance requirements but also have good freezethaw resistance performance. The relevant conclusions provide effective anti freezethaw damage technical measures for nondispersible underwater concrete located at water level changing area and an tifreeze demanding environment.
