摘要
为了降低以及避免雷电灾害的发生,通过采用对变电站现场勘测、卫星定位和雷电监测系统数据的综合分析等方法,科学地计算出雷击风险值,从风险理论入手,建立一个较清晰的风险评估框架体系。采用典型评估实例,评估的方法及步骤,提出科学、合理、可行的安全防护措施,为项目规划、选址、设计提供可靠的技术依据,并评估该变电站现有的设施是否需要加装防雷设施,提出改造建议,总结评估结果,以最大限度减少雷电灾害的发生。
In order to reduce and avoid the lightning disasters, the lightning strike risk was figured out scientifically through the substation site survey, satellite positioning and lightning monitoring system data comprehensive analysis, and then a clear risk assessment framework was establish proceeding from the risk theory. The scientific, reasonable, feasible measures of safety protection are put forward by the typical assessment examples, assessment method and step to provide a reliable technical basis for project planning, site selection and design. The existing facilities of the substation were evaluated and make sure whether some additional lightning protection facilities should be installed in the substation. The reform proposals are proposed. The as- sessment results arc summarized to minimize the occurrence of lightning disaster.
